It is one of the places to visit in Lisbon. Marketplace turned marketplace of restaurants where you stand in line and order and then sit in the central communal area. Upstairs you can find one of my favourite restaurants in Lisbon: Pap'Acorda . So I advise arriving early, and having a couple of drinks downstairs while tasting cheese, dried ham or the quintessential "croquetes" and then head upwards for a good calm dinner.
