I never had issues with this facility until today ...

I never had issues with this facility until today 2/6/19 to be exact and when I came for my appointment when the lady who was taking xrays of my teeth or scanning them she didn't clean the utensil that was used to do the scanning it wasn't cleaned cause I saw she just hung back up the device not only
Was it not clean another lady who was next door came to grab the machine and proceed to use it on someone else whole time it still had my saliva all over it that's absolute disgusting i don't know if the lady cleaned it before she used it On her patient but from what I saw it wasn't wiped , covered in plastic none of that and it makes me scared to go to this office especially since it is known for dental utensils to cause diseases . Now after I noticed that I was waiting for the doctor , nurse or whomever it was suppose for a whole hour never came by as I notice everyone in the office getting worked on and I'm just waiting around while a open employee is just sitting with the receptionist chatting away I never complain I'm always late or rescheduling my appointment but when I came today it made me happy I am always rescheduling cause as much as y'all remind people or want them
To spend $500 on a cap for a tooth the least someone can do is not have people waiting hours on end or putting them in harms way to catch something , I hope my next visit is better .
