I was seriously considering purchasing my first BM...

I was seriously considering purchasing my first BMW at BMW Toronto after my friend raved about the AMAZING sales experience encountered your dealership.

That's until I witnessed how the service department handled an issue where his leather seat experience peeling after a few thousands Km. He was led to believe a warranty claim was being made by the service department on his behalf for a month and a half where in fact nothing was being done. I know I'm just one potential customer you may have had however I'm a strong believer in great customer throughout an ownership experience this includes from the service team. If others reading this have the same values I would strongly think twice in giving them your business maybe it's all about making a sale for BMW Toronto.
