Rude staff on my first day visiting as a student, questioned where is my ID, when I haven't even been given one yet. Had an adviser, that literally kicked me out upon our first meeting saying that he was unable to help me with a problem I had with my CUNY account, mind you I was entirely new to this CUNY business. Elevators and escalators are unreliable and broken most of the time. Most if not all of the computer science professors are terrible, even though this college is regarded as one of the better CUNYs for computer science and engineering. Campus location can also be troublesome since it's on top of a steep hill. There are buses that try to alleviate this, however they don't arrive frequently enough and I have often waited more than 15 minutes for a bus to arrive, only to get packed forcing me to walk or wait for another bus. Only good aspect I've experienced with this college so far is that the math professors are pretty good.
