Check-in staff was wonderful, quick and go out of their way to make sure your time in Jackson is nice. Internet connection is very good. Breakfast is good. Facility is next to a major road and sometimes you hear traffic noises. Otherwise, mgmt keeps the facility very quiet and parking is secure. I was on ground floor and the hot water seemed like it took a long time to get down to my room, for my morning shower. Otherwise, the room was clean, odor-free, with plush towels and modern furnishings. I would stay here again!
