Went in to get my first oil change for my new Jett...

Went in to get my first oil change for my new Jetta, and was very disappointed with the woman in the service area. She was on the computer as I stood there for 10 minutes in front of her desk. She never made eye contact with me or acknowledged me in any way. That s not the customer service I expect after purchasing a brand new car. So i drove over to Norden VW in Sherwood park and was helped right away. I will be going there for my servicing from now on.
