5 month old puppy with a broken leg. Still making ...

5 month old puppy with a broken leg. Still making me wait. I ve been here since 9am. It s 4:15pm and they still haven t seen us. This is pitiful in my book. I m not in vet services; however I m in medical and we would not ever let a patient with any broken bones wait this long to be treated. Horrible. Saying sorry just doesn t cut it.
