Our condo HOA recently changed management companies that can be a hassle with stopping the old direct bank payment and coordinating that with the starting of the new company charging correctly. I had a communication with Heather in the new management office who got back to me right away to clarify that my payment for the first month had been received and that the ACH agreement had been processed correctly for future months.
