Such poor customer service, they charged me twice ...

Such poor customer service, they charged me twice in one month for my auto insurance and when I called to let them know they promptly said they would get back to me....but promptly was not the case at all....they never got back to me. So now I'm out over $200 untill my bank can dispute it. If It wasn't for having no other choice for insurance because of rates Being so high i would NEVER go with this insurance company.
