Gayton DeRosa was professional and courteous in handling my service appointment. As usual, the service department quickly, and efficiently, repaired my 2011 E350 Bluetec. I have absolutely great confidence in the repair facilities at Mercedes-Benz of El Dorado Hills. However, I have very little confidence in a car, with only 34K miles, that has seen three significant emission system repairs in the last two years. As a recent retiree, I figured I deserved the first luxury car in my life. However, luxury is not luxury, when frequent repairs become a major inconvenience. I applied the same principle as baseball...."three strikes, and you're out". Therefore, I have unloaded my burdened E350 at a greatly depreciated loss. I'll return to my lifelong dependability on a Japanese manufacturer, with much better reliability and resale value. Now that is luxury!
