Great foreplay. Could not have asked for better initial contacts. As soon after I signed the agreement with Justia problems arose. The communication with Justia was terrible. The people I spoke with at Justia gave poor directions, and I was required to do tasks that were never noted at the outset. It took months for the website to launch. There were problems and problems. When I provided criticism, Justia support got defense. When I provided Justia support with a critique from other web analyzers, Justia attacked the source; Justia never dealt witht he problem. By the time it was over, Justia failed to respond to any critiques and any complaints. Justia's only solution was to have me speak to someone in charge. When I asked for the agenda, I was never give one. I even posted the problems on Facebook to Stacy Stern, the person who recruited me; She never responded. Incidentally, I spoke to some of Justia's support staff and I could not understand their English so much so that I had to demand that they put their remarks and instructions in writing.
In my nest to the last email to Justia support - I noted the following to which I never received a response:
The more I talk to others about the site, the more others analyze your product, the more I am convinced that you folks are incompetent.
Your defensive and non-explanatory attitude to my complaints and feedback is an example of your inadequate communication and a material failure to abide by your representations and contractual promises.
It behooves me that I was required to speak to some of your folks whose remarks and language I could not understand. It is incredible that I was so frustrated with the language deficit that I was forced to ask these folks to write down what they were saying because of this linguistic abyss. And even with the written conversion, I was often at a loss.
Your foreplay is fantastic, but your delivery sucks.
I have lost time, money and energy as a result of your corporate and personal stupidity.
I simply cannot believe that you folks survive as a business entity given my experience with you.
My only respite is that my tenure with you folks is about to end.
Other than that, I will deal with the consequences of your malfeasance later.
