I have been an EvoMag customer since they were founded, more than 10 years ago, but at the moment I can only recommend you TO AVOID AT ANY PRICE. I thought it was healthy to encourage other sales sites besides EMag, the competition being beneficial for buyers, but the disappointment is severe. The last experience with EvoMag made me decide to never collaborate with them again. I bought a Samsung Galaxy Active smartwatch. At the first contact with the water when I was digging on my hands, the screen turned green and the clock no longer worked (it is rated with water resistance at 2 m for 30 minutes as if). I went with him to the official Samsung service which refused the receipt motivated by the fact that the product IS NOT MARKETED IN EUROPE BEING THE CHINA VARIANT. I requested a refund or replacement with the European version but I was refused. I left the product under warranty and I was informed that it lasts up to 90 days because it is sent to Hungary to a service center. An unimaginable joke, I sell products bought on hand on the gray market in parallel with those bought from the official distributor, you never know exactly what you are buying, who provides the guarantee and what is the quality of the product. I lost 2 hours today just to leave the product at the service, pregnant program from 12 o'clock, if you do not take time off from work you can not reach them during their working hours. Personally, I will sue them for the cancellation of the sale and purchase contract and I will notify Samsung and the official importer, as well as ANPC for not presenting enough information so that the consumer can make an informed decision (false advertising). Avoid if you value your time and money.
