We were looking for a large quantity (1700 sq. ft.) of flooring for our house that we just purchased. The existing floor is all old carpet. We knew we wanted luxury vinyl because we have pets and had recommendations from family and friends that this was probably our best option for longevity and the look we wanted. We wandered into the store and found the luxury vinyl when Nate came and found us. He was extremely helpful and patient answering all our questions. We were looking for a specific product (which they had) but he showed us many other similar brands so that we had options. After talking with them I really felt I understood the benefits of LV planks and what we were getting for our money, and I felt confident it was the right option for us. With purchases like this, it has been my experience that similar stores simply try to sell you on the most expensive option or the sales people will tell you you are wasting your time not buying hardwoods, etc. but I really felt understood at this store like they were real people who also have kids, pets, etc. and understand that this type of flooring is an excellent, budget friendly option.

It was very low pressure and they allowed us to take home large samples to see them in different rooms/ lighting/ etc. Not little 4" samples but large planks that really show you what the floor will look like, multiple planks so you can see the seams as well. We ordered the floor the next week and picked it up by the weekend. They accommodated us picking it up on the weekend at a time that worked for us.

I waited to review until we installed a portion of the product to ensure it was what we wanted, and wow. It's beautiful! and I highly recommend the LV click lock planks for anyone who plans to DIY this. Not having installed any flooring before, my husband and I were able to install a full room and hallway in about 6 hours. The hallway was tricky for measuring, but installation itself was super quick and easy, I Imagine going forward it will be substantially quicker. If for no other reason (though there are many, many good ones!),this place has a friendly dog and she will come get pets from you when you visit. (I think they have a puppy now too! I might go back to visit haha) I will definitely return to order tile or carpet should we need it in the future. I wish all local stores were like this!!
