complete incompetence and complacency over here. Can't even get a hold of a representative to talk to, been on hold for upwards of two hours. Bunch of head cases over there who perform there jobs on the lowest level possible. Why i can't receive a call back instead of being on hold for hours at a time is beyond me and a complete lack of common sense. They need a compete overhaul and who ever in upper management puts their name on a disgrace like this should be completely ashamed of themselves.
