My furnace went out and I called another heating company (name from a on-line coupon) at 8 AM. I got their answering service and by 11:30 I did not even have a call-back. I then called Genz-Ryan and Clay was at my door at 1:00. He had called 30 minutes ahead so I could complete an errand and be home when he arrived - on time. He was pleasant, efficient and offered me options on levels of service to have done today. I also had him install a new thermostat while he was here.

I will definitely use Genz-Ryan again for any heating or plumbing needs. They are excellent! I have had three technicians from G-R service various appliances and all of them have been great. A wonderful company to deal with.
