Absolutely terrible organization! Schedules trades...

Absolutely terrible organization! Schedules tradesman to accomplish goals out of order which in turn leads to major breakdowns and delays. Their admin has no idea what's going on on the actual site.

Additionally they maintain almost 0 control over what these so-called contractors are doing. I can state this first hand as I have worked with them in the past. Theft is a major problem on their sites as well as animal like behavior of the people that work on them. Fights seem to happen here and there and urine.... no I'm not joking...literally urine everywhere. In closets, in the corners of bathrooms, in the friggin bathtubs, down the walls of bedrooms and in bottles littered everywhere!!

BUT
The biggest problem by far (that I noticed) is the amount of illegals these guys hire.... it's shocking, I could have shown up dressed and presented like someone from L&I and watched a huge chunk of the guys working there, run and hide in the cracks and crevices of the job site.

All of this is a sad sight but I guess it could be considered indicative of the over state of a company.
