I stopped in as I was concerned about an excessive leaking of water from my muffler. Everyone greeted me with kindness and my assigned technician came out and looked at my car immediately and confirmed the leak was nothing to worry about. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained what was happening which put me at immediate ease. I was out of there within five minutes at no charge. The staff at Bob Brown are always so friendly and helpful.
