In November of 2016 I was hit by a car when crossing the street and eventually ended up having an amputation. Both the insurance company representing the driver and my health insurance companies were difficult to deal with and were problematic from the beginning. I contacted Scott at Robert Pierce and Associates to represent me and make sure I was protected through this process. He came out to the hospital and met with me before all of my surgeries were even complete. He helped me navigate and negotiate with all of the insurance companies. He was honest, direct, and always on top of everything. This was as good of an experience that could be expected given the circumstances and working with Scott was great.
