Printer down since yesterday. Technician here today and replaced a part but said I had to call IT Support to get printer set up. Have made 3 calls in 3 hours and keep getting told everyone is busy with other customers. and they will call me back. Meanwhile our office sits here. Thank God I wasn't calling 9-1-1
