I ordered two Garmin Vivoactive 3 devices for Christmas. There was a slight problem with the purchase but after working with the customer service team, I have to say I'm confident that I ordered from the right company. Obviously there's a ton of places to place any online order so I would always prefer to spend my money with one that takes customer service seriously. I received prompt and clear replies and feel good about the resolution reached. I'll definitely be purchasing from Holabird again and will encourage my friends to do the same.
