The fact that there are signs throughout the office and voice mail consistantly referrencing that their staff must be treated well " not aggressively"either suggests their staff are frustrating incapable of completeIng simple tasks , the office set up is unprofessional not enabling them to operate with a patient centric care approach... or that their patients ( butlington residents) are agressive people..
If you want to go around in circles.... The Caroline Medical group is for you. If you want medical care without barriers go elsewhere.
