Great service experience. Jeffrey Smith was my Customer Service Tech and he did any outstanding job. He was very courteous and thorough in greeting me and taking my personal information and car information. My 2003 Honda Pilot needed a routine oil change and I had an Air Bag Recall letter to deal with. Unfortunately, the necessary parts for the Air Bag weren't in stock, but Jeffrey has ordered that switch and said he would call me in about two weeks to complete that service.
The Customer Waiting Facility was very neat and clean, and all personnel were very courteous and helpful. I enjoyed a cup of coffee and a bag of popcorn (nice treat), and my car was ready in less than hour. The Service Inspection showed No Problems that need to be dealt with -- very important to know that Honda Trained personnel gave my car with a 127,000 miles a thorough review.
Also, I appreciate the Online Coupons to reduce the cost of service. As a retired person, cost is very important, and getting a good price and great service was a bonus.
