Specifically RANDY (Head of Service Dept.), he gave us his word there was an isolated problem with my grandmother's Saturn and charged us $1000 to fix said problem. Immediately after picking the car back up, the same exact problem still happening. Took several weeks to get him to back up the "warrantied" work, while he wanted to charge us hundreds of more dollars to fix the same problem. After they replaced the parts AGAIN and had the car for another 2 weeks, the problem is STILL NOT FIXED. And now he say's that wasn't the problem to begin with, better buy a whole new transmission.
