Wanting to tinker around a bit during the confinem...

Wanting to tinker around a bit during the confinement, I ordered parts, some of which were extra that I brought back to the store. I was promised a "refund within 14 days" Already a month and a half ago. The telephone service that I have already had the pleasure of having 3 times is very good at playing the cello, telling me that the transfer will be made within a week, that my money is owed to me, and that they have not no interest in keeping my money, however not very good at finding solutions.
In short, to flee.

Edit on 08/12 I finally received a refund on one of my two orders, which was obviously the cheapest of the two ( 13 refunded, I'm still waiting for the refund for an order of 95

Edit on 09/24 I was finally reimbursed after 6 calls and a few emails.
