Don t expect a luxury hotel it really is 4 star.
Few things they can improve on are,
Cons
The beds are hard as a rock and very uncomfortable.
The shower has no water pressure what s so ever. Very frustrating
The gym only has one tread mill which sometimes didn t work
The food and drinks and ice cream shop is extremely over priced cheaper to dine outside the hotel
The lobby and dinning area is not aircondtioned and gets uncomfortably hot and humid
The rooms are on the small side doesn t give you a lot of room once you put down all your luggage
Our front door kept jamming and the cabinet door to the fridge kept falling off
The TV had very limited English speaking channels
Pros
The kids activities, swimming pool, water slide and kids club are great and keeps the kids entertained for hours
The staff are very friendly and understand most English
Location opposite the beach is good and close to shops
Most likely won t return as just didn t have enough comfort & luxury level we like with hotels.
