I find it regrettable and shameful, the treatment they give to customers, they pass the ball to each other, they cheat you as they want and they never tell you the truth, they just make you pass from one phone to another as if you were a ball, and here nobody helps you anything. Shameful is the word, never imagined that after 30 years as a client in the bank gave me a deal like this, so sad and so bad.
