WIFI didn't work in the customer service departmen...

WIFI didn't work in the customer service department and the service took 2.5 hours for an oil change even with an appointment but the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Service also tried to convince me to spend $500-$700 in maintenance after I spent about $3000 in my last visit in Riviera Beach Nissan which doesn't leave me with the "I trust you" feeling after leaving the dealership. I understand the service tech needs to make a commission but felt this was a little ridiculous.
