I must admit, they have won me back.
I eas there several years ago, on a deal with a van i had.
I felt that i was being held " Captive" with the salesman.
I was firm that i did not want to trade my vehicle and wanted to get on with my day.
Fast forward to yesterday, i brought in a different van i own for a factory recall and had the rear brakes replaced while it was there.
I would glady go back for more service work as i need it.
