Had the worst Experience ever with Careem!!! They picked up random customers when i booked my trip on the app and prepaid for the trip by the credit card option. Asked for a refund but didn t get any feedback until 2 weeks saying that they can t refund! I was checking the reviews and it seems that many people have faced a similar situation!! Wow is Careem stealing now??? Disgusting!!! Please get back to me if you value your customers.
