I gave it 3 stars cuz I didnt have coffee maker or...

I gave it 3 stars cuz I didnt have coffee maker or kettle in my room however it was mentioned in the reservation. When I asked the receptionist, she claimed because of the pandemic which dosen't make any sense to me. We are using all the facilities and everything in the room that might transfer the virus. They should state that in their website or at least clarify these points in the confirmation email. I regret of not taking my coffee machine with me.
