Following the notice below published, so I had an answer in less than 24 hours inviting me to contact the company. What I did and I had the pleasure of having a direct personal contact with a manager who after having listened to me, to solve my problem within the hour which followed our exchange.
It is up to the company to review its dysfunctions. But at least the customer management service is effective.
"Wanting to know the support of a dental estimate, I go to the site of the mutual to send a document as indicated.Unfortunately, the application does not work, so I report it through the messaging site.
6 days later (except weekend) I receive a response (a little long delay) advising me to use an email address ... which is rejected automatically with each attempt. I report this problem by mail to get an answer again 6 days after (weekend) again indicating the same email address (which still does not work) and a phone number after call (20 minutes waiting) turns out to be the one of the refunds (my message was thus badly treated). Not concerned by the quotes, I am asked to make another number which after waiting answers me that this service is not concerned and that the good service is saturated. So I lost an hour that day for nothing between expectations and explanations.
Note that 14 days after my first report, the application sending quote still does not work.
For the anecdote I sent my request by mail, a week ago and I still have no answer.
I am not surprised at the average notes I found on this site and others about SPVIE. "
