GREAT SERVICE - anyone who runs this service has serious problems - I honestly think it's the worst courier in the world - obviously the most used by international expeditions - in general they NEVER manage to deliver to their homes, citing childish excuses - couriers don't ring, nor do they bother to leave warnings - no one has ever seen them - the only hope is to follow the shipment with the website that reports incorrect times (eg delivery attempts between 6 and 4 am) the operators on the phone make me a a little pity, often totally unexplained, or incapable or celebrolesi, in general every phone call contradicts the previous one, all after endless waiting to connect, following a tortuous path in the multiple-choice switchboard that forces you to listen to small spots with each key pressed , after which countless phone calls fall in half. The sound quality on the phone is the worst conceivable.
