ZERO STARS if it was at all possible. $297.49 for a simple knee brace the doctor gave to me is completely unethical. Horrible communication; they take over a week to respond to your phone or email messages.

I have insurance but National DME claims that the brace was a "retail" purchase and will not go through my insurance. Since when is a doctor's office a "retail" location?

The quality of the knee brace is an absolute joke. A week after wearing it, the seams where the metal plates are held in busted out. I had to sew all 4 seams back together. Then, the seams on the velcro came loose, and I had to sew those back together as well. I could get a better quality brace at a drugstore for MAYBE $50. I can't think of enough adjectives to describe the immorality of charging THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS for a knee brace.

What a joke.
