There was no point where I was fully taken care of...

There was no point where I was fully taken care of. It takes a month to get the car serviced then the service agents are impossible to get ahold of. They quote repair costs sometimes triple that of other shops and dealerships. In addition when I brought my car in and and when I picked it they had broken a part and did not repair it. They tried to charge me for it. Just the worst. Surface warmth but ice cold and really couldn't care less.
I feel completely taken advantage of, you have been warned.
