I bought a Velo Gravel Santa Cruz and was impressed with the level of service in store. In addition to the competitive price (aligned with the web one), I was able to try the bike before purchase and benefit from a postural study of more than 1 hour allowing the bike to be adjusted perfectly to my size (saddle, change of the stem free, adjustment of the hanger ). True top-of-the-range service and a very warm welcome. An experience that I highly recommend!
