I'm not a Rain House client, but have had two disastrous experiences with Rain House neighbours in the past year. One got evicted, twice, before they were relocated. The second one, unfortunately, passed away recently. But only after a tumultuous relationship with a partner who may have been living with them, causing concerns and discomforts for other neighbours. I'm all for housing for everyone, but it may be a good idea to teach Rain House clients about the rental bylaws, and living in harmony with other neighbours.
