My dad, a senior, rented a Chevy Spark for a week from PCR to get to Penticton and back. It was in great shape, took us there and back - no problem. The rates and reviews were the best I found in Vancouver (and now I know why), the facility was clean upon entry, and all the staff was very friendly (and easy on the eyes, if I may say so!) I was added as an authorized driver after I renewed my licence in Penticton, and the staff was very accommodating then, and with the two times I needed to extend this rental. I was concerned I was going to have to jump through hurdles to be added to the contract, and for the two extensions, but there was zero hassle. Emails were very prompt! I am under the impression this is a local, family-owned business. The larger corps ought to take note from these people. Thank you all for such a positive rental experience - I've witnessed so many of my friends go through terrible ones. I now know who to recommend them to! :)
