We had quite a large take out order (almost 80 dollars total). We had a couple specific modifications that were not met that were pretty disappointing to our overall meal experience.
First, the good:
-the Caramelized Crispy Ribs. DELICIOUS. Only slight downfall was them coming served ON TOP of coleslaw (which my husband hates) but we were able to salvage and they were really good.
-12 wings, two ways: flavorful and properly sauced. Would order again.
-Macked Out Doughnuts. OMG. SOOO GOOD. Soft, sprinkled with sugar and with two dipping sauces.
-Kids cheese pizza meal. No complaints from the little one.
Secondly, the bad...
-The top sirloin. Such a disappointment. Steak was kind of dry. It also had modifications of no mashed potatoes, no veggies. (Came with both) and instead we only requested grilled onions. (Which it didn t have). So basically, it was just supposed to be the steak and some onions , and it was completely wrong. We even paid the price with the sides (with no issues) even though we didn t want them. Because the onions didn t come my brother tried to eat the veggies and potatoes but they were both very dry and FLAVORLESS.
- the Pub Burger. We asked for no special sauce but substitute garlic aioli and there was none. We DID however pay (and get charged) for a side of aioli.
Overall, I probably wouldn t come back, simply because these mistakes were careless. Our order wasn t extremely difficult, in my opinion.
Perhaps if you eat in, the order is checked more thoroughly but things get missed for take out orders. Pretty disappointing.
