Volvos are expensive, Smythe makes them more sensible purchases by providing more for the investment. Dropping off a car to Service includes a discussion and walk-around of the car, what should be done, what not, etc., and a similar dialog when picking it up, not just an illegible bill and open questions. They have a good waiting area and they are always open for questions, discussions, etc., and have treated me fairly and honestly, so I rate the dealership 5-stars. Nice group of people and competent, a good combination. Volvos have pluses and minuses but this dealer is excellent.
