The new "ER" in Destin on Highway 98 is a stand alone "Doc-in-a-Box" that has a flashing sign telling you that the wait time is 5 minutes or whatever so I went on a weekend. I was there for less than 45 minutes, received no treatment AT ALL, was treated poorly by Dr. Stephanie Owens and then I received a BILL after they billed my BCBS saying I owed a remaining FACILITY fee for the 45 minutes I was there for $949 - this place is a sham and a scam!!
