Shofer's provides the buying/sales experience that enables customers to find furniture that fits their tastes, their preferences, and their budgets.

Today my Wife and I had the pleasure to have worked with Alan Cole in finding and ordering two sofas which absolutely fit our needs and wants.

Alan assisted us in discussing the things that we most wanted in the sofas we wanted to ordered. Such basic details as the basic configuration, firmness of cushions, fabric, color and shape of legs, etc. were matters we shared with Alan.

Alan listened to what we said, answered our questions (the benefit of 'tied on' vs. loose back cushions), options for firmness of seat cushions (foam vs.spring), etc.

As a customer I look for a sales consultant who doesn't 'pitch' the product, but shows active listening empathetic understanding, and knowledge of the products and all of the variables that go into purchasing decisions. This enabled us to make our own decisions on what to buy.

Such a client backed approach is the hallmark of the best of salespersons.
My Wife and I had no trouble in making up our own minds and left us with a assurance that we made a well-informed and best decision to buy.

Kudos many times over for the professional level of service we receive at Shofer's.
P.S. We've returned to Shofer's many times over the years and found that they have earned our trust as their actions follow their words. Customer service par excellence is what we've consistently received.
