Little value for the money on their premium service. Signing up for the premium service you can do it yourself but cancel the premium subscription you have to send an email or alternatively by post or by fax. Is this 1990?

When come to cancelling a subscription they are terrible formal and slow, just to make sure they will charge you for another month....

Really embarrassing both as solution and as a customer service. Avoid wasting your money.
