Clean facility and friendly staff, the food decent, I wish food places when they start growing into having chains in other states and then is sold off the quality of food goes down and prices go up. I feel that while their food is decent, but I find myself seeking g out smaller mom and pop places in chicago and I find myself going to portillos less. Years ago they were fantastic and the food had flavor.
