I purchased a vehicle from this dealer 04/12/2019 a 2019 Chevy spark to be exact. I negotiated a price with the sales manager to 16,8xx out the door with trade in all fees and gap coverage when I went into finance I trusted the numbers I had agreed upon to be sent into finance and written on my contract. When I got home reviewing my contract the finance guy I worked with nick had snuck in an extra 900 charge bringing the total up to 17,7xx and when I returned to the dealer and told nick my problem he tells me what's the problem the monthly payment is still 366 a month. That's when I explained I traded in a vehicle which my monthly payments were 600 a month so I didn't care for a monthly payment my main concern was overall price out the door which was suppose to be 16,8xx out the door. After complaining enough they rewrote the contract to the correct price. Be careful of this dealership they will try to sneak in more money to your finance. I purchased a new mustang from Peoria Ford which I had a 10/10 experience not a single problem in sales, or finance. This dealership failed highly in customer service especially in the finance department. I would not recommend this dealer to anybody and I feel bad for all the people who get screwed over by this dealer on there purchases.
