Honestly, the attention of this company seemed fatal to me, it took almost three months to recover my product (and not the DD that I claimed but the money).
They validated the claim of a defective DD and after many calls and communication by mail (which few times they answered) they finally answered me with: YOUR MONEY IS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR NEXT PURCHASE, I did not expect that, I wanted the DD that for something I bought, I finally decided to buy the DD in another company, for my part I never buy with them again
