I was told a service was provided and ultimately I found out it wasn't at all. Most disappointing is I told Mark, the adviser what I wanted and he assured me it was done. Later I was told by Eric, another adviser at Al Serra they don't perform that service, and was called 10 mins later telling me they do and would take care of me. Listen, it wasn't about getting it comped I wanted to pay for it, and was lied to on multiple occasions. One positive was Joe Coleman, the Volt Tech called me and told he make it right. I appreciated his honestly and have confidence he does right by the customer. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about Mark and Eric. Hopefully, my service experience with my Chevy Volt is anomaly, but lying to a customer cannot be tolerated. No matter how Al Serra may spin it. I know what happened and the bottom line was I was lied to. Either the advisers are not trained properly on the Volt or they knowingly deceive customers. You be the judge. Either way it's a bad look. Thanks.
