Made an appointment online for my sons haircut sin...

Made an appointment online for my sons haircut since no one answered and as suggested in their voicemail. They never knew we had an appointment? Used their booking system and I guess they are not notified? We were turned away and the lady working said sorry I have a client. Its not my problem and im not a boss. So there's nothing I can do.... drove 20 minutes. Luckily the salon next door was very accommodating and will be going there again.
