My opinion after working experience as a "Mobile Customer Advisor" at Huawei Polska. On the plus side, experience and contacts that can be used in the regions in the future. I met a lot of valuable and normal people with whom I still have contact. And that's probably the pluses :)
Disadvantages: exploitation, work under high stress due to the people running this project - Wa-wa headquarters and regional (names omitted), work in a task system - practically impossible to go below 9 / 10h a day due to the constant Asapy and work after hours with a laptop at home.
The contract is structured in such a way that there are no promoters entered in your tasks and work requirements. At the same time, you have to take care of them, train, spend time, on weekends be on the phone for every fart, because the control panel is not sleeping, or rather only its individual people who are engaged in fapping normal people from the project and showing them with no one. Of course, you don't even have the proverbial "God bless you" for working with promoters, welcome to Chinese corpo;)
A large and continuous rotation of employees, on average, it can be maintained there until half a year due to the above factors that I wrote about.
People pulled from the competition with the letter S. Colleagues from previous work who created nepotism in this project and kick out people who get in their way. Constant competition and envy introduced by headquarters and the region. Slippage payouts happened a month too late. If you are a vaseline and you will enter the 4 letters of the region and the headquarters, this work is perfect for you :)
If you want to be human, approach your superiors and clients with empathy, you can forget about bonuses, etc. Work is for typical corporations. In general, I advise against work there for people who still want to remain normal puppets, not controlled like puppets. I think that if I could give 0/5 on a star scale, I would go ahead and do it without hesitation. PIP should finally take over this company and do some inspections there, also in the case of accounting and M .... which handles the finances of this project.
