Beer is not good. Food was a little better, but not great.

Beer: I tried the black IPA, Rye IPA, and the special bitter. I was surprised at how lacking of hops and bitterness both of the IPAs were. I could taste no rye character in the rye, and all three were just so light and simple. The bitter was the most true to style, but not amazing. I was very surprised at all three of their high ratings on Beer Advocate.

Food: My wife had ribs and I had tuna tacos. My tacos were very bland, and her ribs were pretty tough and dry, tasted more like pork chops. About the only thing really good were the fries.

Experience: Our server was very nice, but we were seated outside, and when I asked about their tap selections, I was told to go inside to look at the TV screen. I'm sure this is the restaurant's policy, but this is unacceptable. I heard others seated nearby being told the same thing. Have your servers memorize what you offer, that's their job! Or at least have a list for the outdoor tables, or a screen visible to them.

As someone who appreciates good food and beer, I can't recommend this place and won't be going back. It was fun to try someplace new, but I was disappointed.
