Receptionists are the worst, they are rude and unprofessional, they sound annoyed when you ask them to follow up on paper work and lie to you about the doctors hours I was told by them the doctor only took appointments once a week, when I called the next day I was given an appointment that same day. All I need was a prescription refill done and they gave me a hard time. The tone of their voice was so rude they think people don t pickup on that. You want to be rude that s ok, but it s not ok to lie when a patient is in need of her prescription my mom could not go with out her prescription her health would be in jeaperdy and they told me it would take 5 businesses days the pharmacy just needed approval from the doctor. I even called to let them know the pharmacy was sending in the request.
